• 1 session/week: $90 per session
• 2 sessions/week: $170 total
• 3 sessions/week: $250 total
There is also an option of bulk paying where you choose the sessions you want and pay upfront.
Each session is 45 minutes and tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
In addition to our training sessions, you’ll receive:
• 24/7 access to me for ongoing support, guidance, and motivation
• Weekly check-ins to track progress, adjust plans as needed, and keep you accountable
• Customized workout programs you can follow between sessions
• Nutrition advice and lifestyle tips to support your training
• Form correction and injury prevention strategies to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively
